Our Parking Lot Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint is engineered for high-volume parking areas where clarity, longevity and safety are paramount. Formulated with premium C5 resin, EVA and reflective glass beads, it melts at 160–200 °C to bond tenaciously to asphalt or concrete. Upon cooling, it forms a thick, skid-resistant film that resists oil, UV, freeze-thaw cycles and heavy vehicle traffic. Fast curing in 1–3 minutes minimizes downtime, while retroreflectivity above 300 mcd·m⁻²·lx⁻¹ ensures crisp stall lines, crosswalks, fire lanes and directional arrows—day or night, rain or shine.
